The Sunrise Roast is a reflection of Ethiopia’s rich coffee heritage, grown high in the Sidama Zone by smallholder farmers who understand the art of natural flavor.

This medium-light roast balances milk chocolate sweetness with soft fruity brightness and a clean caramel finish. Each bean comes from indigenous heirloom cultivars, grown between 1700 and 1900 meters in nutrient-rich nitisol soil, then hand-sorted and dried on raised beds for full natural character.
