Crafted from Caturra and Catuai varieties and grown between 1300 and 1445 meters, it develops natural sweetness from the region’s volcanic loam soil. Each bean is eco-pulped and sun-dried, preserving the soft fruit and honey notes that define its character.

The flavor opens with sweet apple, builds through gentle raisin undertones, and settles into a long, clean honey finish. It’s coffee designed for clarity, focus, and the quiet strength of the everyday wave.
